My mother in law has put a pinch of nutmeg powder in the boiling water and made the formula using the same. She says it's good for the cold and cough and also will help baby to sleep. My baby is 4 months old. what should I do now

A. hello ur boy is just 4 month old n better not to try any home remedies at this age n next time onwards will be better to try anything for baby atleast till a year
