my milk supply is very low. If I use lactare tablet I will get 80 ml one side 15 ml other side one time. Without tablet will get only 15ml one side and 10ml other side. Slowly added formula now baby completely taking formula. I want to stop formula and increase breast milk please help me

So continue with the lactation supplement and have good fluids in the Diya which will help in increasing your lactation that’s the best way to make good amount of milk also eat good food so that balance strikes in the body and you can make more feeding that way
