A. Hello good morning !! Have garlic milk(boil milk with crushed garlic cloves for 10-15 minutes strain milk and have it). This helps in inducing breast milk production along with garlic milk weekly 2-3 times ,include papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,garlic in curries , fennel seeds water helps in good milk production.
