Q.

My milk supply has reduced drastically. I get now Around 300-400 ml per day . My baby would be 5 months next week. Should I consult doctor ro increase it ? Or I can let it be as my baby is approaching 6 months. Do we need to breastfeed after 6 months also ?

A. Hello mom You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan. And start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day it will help in increasing your breast milk. Still you doesn’t get results then in such case you can start giving formula milk to your baby it is the best alternative of mother’s milk and once your baby turned six months old and you can start giving
