my milk output from both the breasts is only around 40 ml my secnd baby is 2 months old and is on formula feed this is so frustrating that i cant feed him fully plz help me out how can i increase the breastmilk supply

A. More the baby is breastfed more will be the milk production. so ensure that the baby is only exclusively breastfed. baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then the milk supply is sufficient. Check for good latch, correct position while feeding adequate fluids and water balanced diet for enough milk production. foods like Methi, green leafy vegetables, Dill leaves or shepu, tree gum or Gond, saunth Garden cress seeds, garlic intake can help milk supply
