Q.

my lo only eat puree food.if i give him solid he vomit it.is that a big problem.what should i do?

A. Hi It is high time now , you should start with soft solids. Give finger foods to get baby used to solid foods like carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, paratha , idli feed the baby at dining with whole family. alot baby will learn to chew. it may take your patience.

A. Hi parent Give her more probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc. Give her seasonal fruits slices like mango , ppaya etc. Don't over feed her Don't.force feed her Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning You.may give h r a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time
