my LO of 2 months fell down from the cradle last evening but no bruises or blood came out. She is playing nicely, feeding properly and sleeping as well. Should I worry about anything?

A. In general after the baby falls, If there is a small bump, apply ice pack wrapped in cloth to subside the bump. If u notice any bleeding or crack because of hitting on a sharp object or if the swelling didn't subside for long then it's good to show it to the pediatrician once. Also keep watching the baby for next 24 hours. If there is any vomiting or unusually long sleep hours or looks unconscious or any change in his behaviour, then show it to ur doctor immediately. If nothing seems abnormal u need not worry
