My lo is 3 months old and hasnt pooped since 7 days now. Also he is passing smelly gas. What should i do?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he has not passed stool since last 7 days so don’t worry it’s very normal for his age so just give him frequent breast feeding

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonngisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should behg avoided before 1 year of age
