my lo is 3.5 months, she keeps moving her head from left to right and vice versa while sleeping. is this normal? what are the sign after which can start giving here solid food. right now she can't hold her neck n also she is not sitting.

A. Hi mom This is normal to do left right while sleeping. No need to worry about this. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana etc. Babeis they start to sit with support around six months and sit independently when they are of 8-9 months old
