my LO is 21months old now he's kotir skill. is excellent. but i notices that hez not talking. very rare he say any words or babbling. m really concerned my family is kkt geing my point. they thaught that hez small. but I knw hez not doing guf in vocal level. plz advise

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see therapy .See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

See Kids pick up after the age of three years also but if you have any kind of doubt then you can always take on advice from an ENT doctor to be sure about the vocal or system of your child and if required but you can go ahead with speech therapy if only it is required but otherwise in general doctors say that you can wait up till three years
