For fever you can give Calpol as of now but please get it checked with your doctor to know and understand what’s the problem why your child is not eating because giving milk all the time to fulfil the requirement would not be enough for the child it’s not as good as food is going to be in terms of growth maybe your child is teething that is my fever is also there
