You have to see if your child is having some discomfort irritation or itching into the eyes or maybe water is coming out constantly because there could be multiple reasons behind it so these are some common things and that usually happens due to excessive Screen Time sometimes and sometimes due to general dust into the eyes so clean the eyes with water and consult your doctor please
