my little one is 2yr 6 months old but she is not speak well , only few words she speaks like mama, papa, nana ,baba ,amma .no, come and she's not repeat the word what we say to her . or woh sirf ek word ka first letter bolti hai like we say bye then she say ba . what should I do I'm very worried ?
