my little one didn't gain weight from last few months,she eats everything what should I do??

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. You’ll have to have an assessment with your paediatric to know why the child is not gaining weight looking at what you are saying could probably be due to nutritional deficiency but you’ll have to confirm it with your Dr one time
