Q.
my left side breast nipple is paining then I see 1small black spot there ..when my baby is sucking my nipple then I feel lots of pain...what can I do?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. There might be a crack so apply nip care cream on the area and apply warm compress and if pain cannot be tolerated then you can take paracetamol and avoid wearing bra for sometime till the pain subside and manually express some milk
