My last period date sept 09 then how Many week pregnant am i?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. You’ve completed 13 weeks of your pregnancy now and rest will totally depend upon the number of weeks in a month or 13 to 14 weeks you can take because some months are four weeks I have five so accordingly I would say it’s about 13 to 14 weeks
