my last period date is April 6th, after that I got my missed period and I took pregnancy test, it's positive, calculating according to my last period now I should be in 7th week but 4 days back I went for ultrasound scan and they said 6 week 2 days growth is there with no cardiac activity, is it normal to be like that or should I worry for this.
