My last period date is 7 sept yet I didn’t get the period and I’m not pregnant what should I do??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. you're period date is being missed and you are confirmed that it is not pregnancy. Then you can wait for 10 days more for your periods to come naturally even if after that ,no periods then you can take medications for your periods to come
