my kid was 5 years old, his pennis opening was very small and he feels itchiness all the time, what to do?

A. hi its advisable to visit your pediatrician please dont try any self medication or homemade remedies for this. dress your child in loose fitting cotton clothes avoid soap or soapy water to clean this part.
