Q.

My kid’s upper incisor got little turned when he fell down. Do we need to visit a dentist to re align it? Or will it grow back normal?

A. you should visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist asap and get it checked. your dentist will tell you what you need to do for the same. do not ignore it at all
