my kid's mouth smells. any particular reasons? we do brush always we don't even skip cleaning his tounge. please suggest something

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician2 weeks agoA. hello you must do brushing 2 times atleast in a day and before sleep is a must. and also if there is night time milk feeding it should stop.now. check for carries etc.
