Hi my baby is 21 month , his tounge is not clean after cleaning with silicone brush with Luke warm water what should I do?

A. Babyhug and Kiddodent use both of these toothpaste if you want to you to use a proper toothpaste to clean the tongue of the child and the teeth of your child that is what is going to help and yet if you feel it’s not helping in any manner that you tell me to take an assistance with your doctor
