A. is common you have to clean the ears of the child only externally with cotton cloth. do not use anything like earbuds to clean the internal ear. this will only do more harm as wax will get impacted inside deep and will cause more problem. if you feel that the child is having some problems in the internal ear then kindly meet your doctor for examination. if the child is having wax problem and not improving with drops you have to get it removed with the help of your ent doctor.

A. Yeah Yeah very much normal so what you can do is you can just get a check with an ENT doctor there advise you with the eardrops that you can use which will help in melting down the wax out of the year of your child and it will flow out automatically that will be easier for you to clean it with some cloth
