my kid is very sleepy after having cold medicine prescribed by doctor is it normal when it will be ok

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Actually a lot of medicines like that have heavy amount of paracetamol into that and which is white can be often seen that kids usually get very sleepy after taking the medicine which is normal to be seen so nothing to be worried or scared as such
