my kid is not ready to eat any vegetables and fruits plz suggest how to deal .i have tried to make in different shapes and sizes but he is denying.in his school it is compulsory to send veggies

involve your child in making prices of vegetables in market, washing cleaning veggies to develop intrest

You have to keep on trying as in this age it's become tough as kids are too choosy in this age but you need to keep on trying, eat together, ask your kid teacher to help and teach him importance of eating good food
