My kid is having an eye discharge .He is 3 months old but still it is not getting reduced. Can someone please advise on this

A. Then you should get it checked with your doctor maybe some allergy or infection so they can help you with some drops that you can use from your side you should keep cleaning the eyes regularly with warm water that would be good
