My Kid is down with slight fever with cough and cold. Can i give Sinarest syrup and what the dosage for 2.7 months old?

A. hi no ..no please dont give such medicines by own because its dosage not only depends your child weight but also depends on his health condition and age too so please consult your pediatrician for medication at home ,prepare decotion of warm water ,pinch of salt and tulsi leaves ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity at 2 hours gap.
