my kid is addicted to too much screen if switch off his screen he became aggressive and complains he is tired what to do

A. Its Okay if your child is complaining of being tired did you say that if you are tired then you go to sleep but you are not getting to see television I think you know during this covert time kids have become so comfortable with watching television in mobile all the time that there you know just losing on to all other things to increase your child’s physical activities also start giving multivitamin supplements to the child I think the child has lost a lot of nutrition during this time so this is going to be one of the most essential things that you need to take care of
