A. dear vomit is common Burp in sitting position better than on shoulder keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce vomit. if baby is passing urine more than 7 times a day is active and alert and gaining adequate weight ,at least 500 gram per month then do not worry avoid gripe

A. Its not good to give gripe water. So uts better to discontinue it. Also make sure to burp tge baby well after each feed. Keep the baby in an upright position for atleast 30 mins before laying done. Make sure ur not overfeeding. Reduce tge feed amount or increase tge gap between two feedings as required.
