Q.

my kid is 8.5 months..I m not adding salt and sugar on his diet...is it ok if I don't give him salt and sugar till he turns 1 year

A. yes thats how it has to be. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Yes you are right,Try not to give your baby foods that are high in sugar or salt . Too much sugar is bad for your baby's emerging teeth, while too much salt is bad for their kidneys . If your baby gets a taste for sugary or salty foods, it may be harder for you to persuade them to try healthy options
