my kid is 5 years old. she eats dosa and idli and not anything else. her height is 103cms and weight is 12.9kg. how to increase her weight? tel some healthy weight gaining foods

A. You should add in your child's diet potatoes sweet potatoes banana curd egg chicken full cream milk ghee the leafy vegetables and fruit like bananas or u can also give banana milkshakes to increase his weight take care of his physical activities as well.
