RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Could be due to digestion related problem or bloating so you can give some rock salt and carrom seeds with warm water after every meal that is going to be helpful and you can check with your doctor any medicine will be helpful for better digestion
