my kid is 4 weeks old and administered with hexaxim vaccine and developed fever after 48 hours...is this common and how long fever will be there.

A. do it is a painless vaccine we can say it is almost 70% less painful compared to the normal vaccine but some amount of pain and fever will be there for one or two days
