My kid is 3 weeks old and she's vomitting once in 2-3 days..May I know what is the reason and is this something to be concerned about?

A. Spitting up is common in healthy babies. During their first three months, about half of all babies experience their stomach contents coming back up into the esophagus, a condition known as gastroesophageal reflux, infant reflux or infant acid reflux.
