Q.

my kid is 3.5 months old, what are all the food, vegetables or fruits mothers can take during breastfeeding to avoid the dehydration for baby. Whether mother who is consuming tender coconut daily will cause any side effects to baby.

A. no side effects of coconut water to baby. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
