my kid is 20months, how much quantity of nuts (badam,cashew, raisins) can be given per day

A. two of each and it will be better that you make a fine powder or out of it and you can mix it with milk or you can just sprinkle it in the food that the baby consumes

Hi mommy Give 4-5 pieces or in powder form Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Take a good care of your baby
