Q.

My kid is 2.8 years and today report came like this.. he has enlarged right testicles.. so went for scan.. what problem this will cause and what’s the treatment

A. An epididymal cyst occurs when the long, coiled tube behind the testicles called the epididymis becomes filled with fluid and can't drain. If the cyst contains sperm, it's known as a spermatocele. This form of testicular lump is very common. It most often resolves on its own.
