Q.

my kid is 2.5 months old. he got polio vaccine yesterday in ipv form. does opv also required now?

A. yes it is to be .Breast feeding should be at least till 6 month of age. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
