My kid is 2.3 year old usko rat ko ek bar fever ata last week se 100 tak plus cough n cold bhi hai Pls suggest here

A. Hi parent please keep her hydrated by giving her a spoon of water every hour in the day time you may use paracetamol drops to control fever as per her weight and age you may use wet bands to apply over her palm and feet
