My kid heamoglobin is 8. What should I give him to increase it.

A. Iron supplement is definitely very important to be given along with that natural foods which are highly rich in iron are pomegranate B-2 broccoli black rice sweet potato these things are very good to be given to the child so please try to include everything specially beetroot and pomegranate can be given every day
