My kid having 9m old and got heat rashes back side of neck. could you please suggest me to reduce that hear rashes

A. hello you can just try to apply baby powder which is made of natural ingredients and dust free or you can even be using candid b powder which also would help to absorb the sweat and it helps to prevent the rashes and if required then check with your doctor
