My kid has total bilirubin of 16.5 and is 11 days old At birth it was 15.1, and at 7 days it was 16.7. Kindly suggest if it is normal rate or should we be worried?

A. It is little on the higher side maybe the doctor would advise you to keep the child into phototherapy for another 24 hours to 48 hours and within that much time I think the levels of the jaundice are going to reduce down for you’ll have to go ahead with what your doctor suggest
