my kid has stomach pain and doing small poo,bt tummy ache is happening randomly and fart is coming out.is it has because of that it's happening like this?

A. It would be due to indigestion or stomach infection and sometimes due to food poisoning also these things can happen but we cannot confirm anything without examining the child it would be good if you just consult your doctor once for this
