my 3 month old baby fart time small amount of blood is coming ..is it normal

You should check with your doctor maybe it is due to stomach infection because usually blood come in the motion that is when it is predicted to be stomach infection but if it is coming out in the fart also then that means there is another problem other than stomach infection that can be seen
