Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi usually it happens because of inadequate intake of fluids and low fiber diet. so please keep your child well hydrated. offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup,prune juice and fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child. give Massage to your child daily give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands. encourage your child to do more physical activities. maintain good hygiene.
