my kid has fever cold n cough and even aftr four days fever is not going

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral ignfection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive trehatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
