my kid gets nasal bleeding quite often. Especially during sleep. I am always alarmed at the sight, is it alright or common in toddlers?

But it is really very difficult to say anything without proper examination of the baby. It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
