my kid 4 years 2 month age she doesn't eat anything also very much weak and her weight 13 kg only

Actually if the child is not going to eat while your child would be weak only so try to understand why your child is not eating is it due to deficiency of iron in the body or the child does not want to have similar kind of food you should work up on giving variation of foods to the child
