mam,first make sure that your child takes food and sleep well.
as it might happen because of hunger or lack of sleep.
Most important thing , please limit your child screen time because it is seen that kids who uses screen more are likely to be aggressive.
Try to check reason behind your child anger ,and console your child by telling that you understand his feelings but it is not the way to ask help or to say something.
while play try to teach your child how to express feelings in better way.
spend quality time with your child .
you can practice yoga or mediation daily.
it will definitely help to calm down your child.
