Q.
My is is 3.5 months her weight is 5.8kg is it normal weight ? And also she is exclusively breastfeed she just drink milk for 5min and then refuses to drink for next 2hrs is it normal or should I give her any medicine tht she feel more hungry ?

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. babys weight is absolutely fine for the age Ma'am. nothing to worry. continue to breastfeed exclusively till completion of six months as you are doing. eat well and take care of yourself also. no need to give any medicine. on some days baby's will drink less. however you try and increase the duration gradually. feed for a slightly longer duration so that baby gets enough of fore milk and hind milk.hind milk is thicker and helps in gaining weight in babies.
